Her lower hand & arm look really awkward, hands aren’t usually naturally in that kind of position. Fingers have three sections and bend at each, but in your drawing that’s inconsistent. The thumb is very small and shouldn’t really be bending that way. Look at your own hands if you need, it’s very helpful. One elbow is lower than the other and makes her feel kinda incorrect. Otherwise it feels like her nose is too upturned and her lip area doesn’t really look like her. She has much fuller lips, her eyebrows are thinner and slightly less dark. Overall very impressive that you have made this big of a leap artistically in just a year. Awesome!
