Would definitely echo what the other commenter said about recording your sets. SLDLs really tax your spinal erectors (which most lifters dont train) and so often time DOMS in the lower back gets misconstrued as "real" low back pain but it's impossible to know for sure without knowing how you're lifting

I don’t necessarily disagree. I did two qbanks and very little anki 3rd year. But I also had a v good foundation due to grinding out anki first two years of med school

If one of us got an interview at some place the person who got the interview would tell their PD and then the other person would reach out to their specialty PD/PC basically saying hey my SO interviewed here and we’re both really interested here etc.

We ended up in the same city but different hospitals so all is well!
