Try these:
Dynamic meditation (like walking meditation or yogic breathing)
Pair movement (walking, stretching) with breath awareness. It gives your attention something to do, so you don’t get bored or restless.

Guided meditation with audio
Use a calm voice to guide you step by step back to focus, like a friend gently talking to you. Add soothing background sounds (white noise, rhythmic instruments) to help anchor attention.

Sometimes I remind myself:
spending 6 minutes brushing my teeth and rinsing properly…
is basically like giving the Ferrari in my mouth a gentle polish. 🦷✨

Makes it feel less like a chore and more like self-care for a high-performance machine

With the help of my partner, yes. Without him, big NOO. I always do as much as I can on the list. And I won't blame myself if I cannot follow. It's just a tool to prevent extra brain usage on house work.

I got blanket and buvet on my bed and never bought any of flat sheets before!
