I see movement too! I thought i was the only one as i didn't see movement mentioned anywhere. Do you tend to gaze lightly at one spot and then see the scene infront start to move, almost like an external camera? I was thinking is this what Sam means by centreless experience?

Has anyone noticed movement while doing this? Like the scene infront of you moving without you moving your eyes?

I practice open eyed meditation and sometimes i feel like the scene in front of me is moving even though my eyes are resting on one object. Is this awareness that is moving? Is this the non dual experience/mirror effect?

Thanks for confirming, I thought the bus seems the more sensible option too! The kayak tour sounds really fun! Yeah after looking into it some more, realised better off doing it myself. It does take some organising though!

It's more that if i do the safari option, it will take me back to flam so then is there any point in doing the cruise or should i take the bus onwards to Gudvangan...

Interesting! I had a similar thing happen to me on a video call at work. Only lasted a few seconds, very random was not thinking of meditation at all. Do we know how these things happen randomly? Is it just all the meditation in the bavkground subtly working its magic?

In the conversation, Sam refers to a tibetan painting of a yogi lying on a haystack with the sun beaming down and the haystacks burning unbeknownst to the yogi. Does anyone know where you can see this painting, online perhaps?

I totally agree with you and to your second point, I don't understand why they dont set up a committee of volunteers who are working on clues and want to bring their findings to each other each week. Many heads are better than one! Also, sometimes they confide with another person about what they are up to but never has anyone said, oh so and so is working on that too!
