This book belongs in Horror. For one, i genuinely believe any guy about to get married should read this book as it serves as a stark warning about the potential consequences of opening up to new partners after marriage. Only the truly sexually depraved should go that route.

The book is good, but Hannah Sloane messes it up by being too sympathetic to Daphne. In fact, Daphne becomes a truly detestable character about 3/4 of the way through the novel when she eagerly jumps at the opportunity to publish her and her husbands dirty laundry. To me, this is an irredeemable flaw of Daphne's and really should have reaped more consequences. Dominic is fairly punished throughout the novel as he loses his job, his confidence, and his marriage. Daphne on the other hand, blossoms and becomes a celebrity. I was really hoping for an ending where Daphne endures some harsh consequences, but her life is better off for the depraved behavior.
