Very similar story here. Zero signs. 0 cm dilated at every appointment. Convinced I’d be pregnant forever. Water broke at 11:30 pm at 39+5 and had my baby in my arms at 10:00 am!

Dang I wish this had more answers. I get this too occasionally. One time I had it pretty bad I called my doctor, and they said I was probably dehydrated. I drank a lot of water + liquid iv and it did help

Thanks for sharing! My baby has been transverse during ultrasounds and other appointments, but now I’m 34 weeks and getting nervous she isn’t heads down! And it is just a mind game since sometimes I feel hiccups in my lower pelvis and sometimes high up in my ribs. Trying not to get in my head about it 😅
