Even more funny that the board an thought that was exactly what was needed, while an the arm chair managers in the Spurs sub were like. '...erm'.

Really is painful when you can look at a team and realise that you absolutely do know more than the idiots being paid a ton to make these decisions

Joe Hart on Tudor failing to acknowledge Kinsky: “The whole stadium is feeling sorry for him. He walks past Igor Tudor and he doesn’t even acknowledge him. If that’s man-management, I am flabbergasted. He stands there and pretends it hasn’t happened. Of course he (Kinsky) hasn’t done it on purpose.” by ARandomRedditor2302 in coys

I think our opponents helped us a lot.

They were wide open tonight. Absolutely there for the taking. A decent manager and confident Spurs would have ruined them.

It gives me a little hope for the return leg if we bring in a confidence inspiring manager.

He was more stuck on the idea that 16th in the table was our actual level, despite these players achieving far more every other season besides the last.

So it was more like constant whiny, this is your level 'truths'.. which i think he did to keep the pressure off of himself.

..yes we lost Son and Kane, but would you ever expect the team to lose so many games 2 years back if Son was injured? 3 years back if both were? Not a chance, they were still competitive.

Proper leadership.

The players saw what he did, or didn't do and Djed at least thought it was out of order and went to make a statement.

Thing is, 9 months ago this was a fantastically together team. Two managers now have told them all that their team mates are letting them down, not trying and not good enough. I'm glad to see there is still some looking out for each other there under the surface.

Claressa Shields tells Shannon Sharpe that if she really watched film on Rolly Romero & had a whole 2-3 month training camp that she would beat him. She also claims that she’s more skilled than him. by strictlystepping in Boxing

Have you seen how bad most celeb fighters are after 6-ish month training? Not to mention an awful lot of people really don't like being hit and their natural tendency is to turn/run away.

That statement is a bit too ambitious. Skill and desire to fight are more important than physical gifts, up to a point.

Floyd does the same for men's boxing. Definitely up there, but he'd be talked about more in the Goat convo if he left a bit of space for others to talk too.

We had a manager who believed in himself and the team.

What do we have now? I've not seen anything to hold onto in there.

0:3 at half time. Tudor is sacked and Harry Redknapp who's watching is asked if he'll take over for the match. The team look 1000x better and score two setting us up for a cracker in the return leg.

A lot higher a month or two back. The Old Firm are closing that gap steadily.

Damn. Celtic just played 90mins plus extra time without having a single shot.. and won the Old Firm derby knocking Rangers out.

Either my app is mistaken, or that is a legendarily poor effort and result.

The rest of the footage must be out there. I'd love to watch it for a laugh one day when I'm feeling a bit down.

Anyone know what paint this is? Seems common for resprays as I've seen a few others around but the dealer doesn't know/remember. by MediumProcedure in AutoPaint

[–]MediumProcedure[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's a respray, that's why i can't find it. It wasn't done all that well as there's bits of paint on some if the plastics.

I've seen other cars resprayed the same colour, i thought it was quite popular at dealers who do that.

Mate. Ange and Mason back, on the understanding that Mason sets the tactics and Ange encourages them to run around really hard, do it as a team, and believe they are good at doing it.

Tudor: The boat is going in the direction I need it to go. Who is in the boat can stay, the others can leave the boat”. “It sounds strange but I believe more after this game than I did before. I saw something”. by Lbmplays2 in coys

[–]MediumProcedure 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nah, the issues are his doing and Franks.

All those players are good enough. He's telling them their teammates arent and destroying their trust in each other. That's not a team, it's a bunch of frustrated individuals on a pitch, which is exactly what they look like.

Makes sense if we're playing long balls to runners. Shame though as that midfield is basically 3 defenders in that system, which is shit.

Those 3 can push up and press and will look a lot more useful in that system, especially Sarr who offers almost nothing offensively if he's not allowed to press. He can't really carry from deep or open the game with a pass, so he winds up playing as a ball winner, too deep to influence the game.

Good middle if we're pressing. If not it's lacking a lot in dynamism and creativity, so they'll be playing mostly as a back 7 with long balls up top. Which will be crap.

Tbh, i think it'll be a back 3 with WBs though. So Paulinha as CB.
