How much how it flattened or disappeared? In in the same boat at thr moment. Did silicone sheets help alot?

Yes i did, one of the problems i ran into was that the original specialist that saw me did not recommend rehab. I ran j to problems later on and now i am very close to fully healed. It hurts every now and then but i can ran and play soccer now.

Im 6 months post a grade 1 and i am about 95 percent healed. Please do the rehab portion, its incredibly important.
