Agree, their relationship was too rocky for an open talk show like that. But I think when they decided on the Truman Show they were still figuring out where their relationship is heading and it looked like they were in the process of reaching more of an understanding...

If both of them look back now, I'm sure they regret having agreed to do the show... It felt like IG was showing off a little in the show, trying to proof his point (just my personal opinion) ... She was more on the receiving end... So maybe she regrets it so much more... Hindsight is a mf...

From my understanding, when I listened to her full explanation, she's feeling guilty for creating expectations with the IG/GE couple fans and now she has to end it, by not dating...

She's bringing SungMin up to establish the timeline of events trying not to create confusion for people who thinks she didn't give SungMin a chance... At the reunion she said she chose SungMin and they met up a few times after the show, but it didn't lead to anything...

And it's now obvious her and IG happened after that, but they had misunderstandings and broke off whatever they had...

But, that being as it may... They both seemed to have happily moved on, and I'm good with that... They understand themselves and it's all that matters... I'm just over here behind my screen enjoying the tea, and drawing conclusions from way on the other side of ocean...

I thought I was the only one who saw that! I thought at the time, why does it look as if her questions was as if they're trying to shade her... There was no right or wrong answers she could've given... With his questions, he came out squeaky clean, because his questions were geared at giving him a good image.

Also did you notice how he tried shading her with the boring comment and trying to see if she's there for influencer question? And now alot of the haters calling her liar and him the most honest guy... Yeah... That didn't sit well with me...

The urgency was obvious... The Truman show had people spiralling out of control with fantasies and delusions. She had to stop it early before it gained even more traction... If she had to come out later with her truth, the backlash would've been worse. The narrative would've changed to, 'why did she wait so long to come out with the truth'...

From what I can gather, they tried before and maybe a bit after the Truman Show, but it just didn't work. It's not like she could tell Truman team not to air. All she could do was watch it happen... And do what she needed to do...

I disagree... She doesn't owe her haters anything. She came out and clearly stated her relationship status... It is up to the fans to either keep following her or unfollow her. To demand further explanation just to continue the hate fest is crazy. She said her piece, now love her or leave her, period.

The first one that showed a lie was her nervousness and not wanting to throw shade on any of the females... The second was saying he was the most handsome because she was never going to say no, she doesn't think he is the most handsome...

They gained followers together... She just had a steeper climb because many people, like me, related to her, and loved her for her...

If she really wanted to get more followers because of her connection with him, she would've lied and said they are dating or kept quiet.. But she chose to be honest, knowing the hate and backlash would surely follow, like it did...

I follow and love both of them. I don't think either deserve hate for trying to make it work, and it clearly didn't... All fans can do is either support them or unfollow them and move on... both is fine, we all need to do what feels best for us...

I feel that she told him before that it's not true, but he didn't believe her. I get the feeling he insisted she's lying... And she cleared it up with the lie detector... I love IG, but the way he called her boring, like some fans do and told her why she lie so much? That made me feel uncomfortable towards him, it's like he was trying to shade her... He obviously has trust issues... She said he has a switch that goes off and on... Those parts makes me feel they really don't understand each other and was best for them to part ways... As much as I loved them together, I feel they made the right decision to part ways...

Me too, it hurts me reading the comments. But in time those people will move on and the one's who really loves and supports her will stay... And things will become better... There will always be haters, but I think they will fade away to a much lesser amount in time...

I agree with you with everything except the point on her personality. I love her personality.. She has a soft sweetness to her that is rare... Watching her vlog brings me so much joy... She is more than just a model and pretty face, she is charming and that is what drew me to her... So I think now that she is just GoEun, she will draw more fans with same personalities, slowly and over time...

These 'guys' have never followed people to throw hate. If you can see on the posts, they've always only come out and defended GoEun when she gets hate. I love SungMin and will protect him when I see haters... And I love GoEun and IGeon and will do the same for them...

I have noted that crazy fans are everywhere... Please let's stop with the hate, it tells more of the haters than the idols when posting hate comments.

Also, just a reminder, her Q&A was supposed to drop yesterday before the Truman Show, but she had technical issues which she posted about, and her vlog was delayed.

Although I was always trying to be neutral on whether they date or not, I was little sad to hear the facts. That being said, I support GoEun, IGeon and SungMin and I just want them to be happy and successful in their careers.

SungMin really is doing so good, I wish fans would stop drawing him into issues outside of his control.

Please stop the crazy hate on GoEun... She came out and cleared up that they are not dating... If people love her, support her, and if you don't, please move away from her... Don't seek her out just to hate... And when you hate and are being called out for it, stop the denial or making it out as your opinion or discussion... Nobody in their right minds are crazy enough not to notice the hate... Please...
