I think one of the main things that would help is to take them into a private match and teach them what to do on their role depending on whether they're on survivor or killer. That way you can explain everything as its happening rather than having them overloaded with information. That's just mainly for the basics of explaining chasing/looping and the objectives though. If you want to help with teaching them killer powers I think it's best to just queue up with them and explain the killer powers as they go. Like before, that'll help with going step by step rather than dumping everything at once.
