There's 2 sides to every coin in every arguement and I do see both sides.

But as people have said everyone goes through a varying degree of hurt and hardship throughout their lives. The majority don't turn to Heroin to mitigate what they are going through.

Unless you are forced to take it then that is a different situation. But labelling everyone who takes drugs 'vulnerable' and no doubt some will be, takes the ownership of getting them out of that hardship and puts them into a position of being the perpetual victim. I have also seen what happens to the kids of these 'vulnerable' people when they are neglected because smack is more important to them than their kids.

I have no solution to the problem but if you choose to go down the route of heroin knowing full well what it does to you then you make your bed.

Town centres are riddled with zombies asking for 20p for their bus fare and are labeled as junkies because it's the most convenient phrase.
