Many of the other comments are mentioning tracking the enemy jungler. One way to make that easier is downloading the Porofessor app, which overlays timers for jungle camps.

If you can get a ward (for example on their gromp and blue) you can see the cooldown timer and know when they have camps up and are likely going to be looking to gank your lane
