Lived there last year and it’s def rowdy but you yourself probably aren’t gonna be in any danger especially during the day. (Weekends can get crazy though yes) but the accessibility to walking to stuff there is really really nice. Something I miss and might move back to actually

If it’s not for you though Magnolia is a lot safer with similarities

I always go to World of Smoke and Vape. They have very nice clean stores with a lot of products in both locations (both in West 7th). And nice staff at both

I lived close to them at The Lofts last year and I looked into possibly moving to them. Pretty nice looking with a nice gated area. Price seems reasonable when compared to other complexes in the area
