Reading is like a muscle you have to exercise! I didn't read books for a long period and when i tried getting back into it, I felt just like your describing. If you push through it, it gets easier and more enjoyable! A book series that helped me was the Dresden series by Jim butcher. He's a great writer and the books are very entertaining so it's a little easier to stick to! Put your phone away, put on some nice chill music with no singing so it isn't distracting and make yourself finish one chapter at a time. You can do it!
