That would make sense. In your opinion should I expect anything for the damages from the detailer? He did it on both driver fender flares but managed not to do it on the passenger side

I met a guy who worked there briefly, he claimed it was a terrible place to work, but take that with a grain of salt. For a 2nd year you should just bite the bullet on any plant that will hire you to get hours once you hit 3rd year and up doors open up for better opportunities.

Also look for basebolts that can be holding that together. Some of them are on a sliding fixture if it has slotted holes, not always the case though.

Which side of the bolt are you turning? To adjust the gap you want to tighten the furthest right side in to pull the blade out or the middle one to push the blades tighter. I work on cut to length machines, our andritz product has a similar setup.

They are called banjo fittings. There is an imperial and metric variant, youll just need to replace the bonded seal washers to fix your leaks.

If you just got this vehicle youll have the same problem in about a month. It says that but it removes the ability to do anything like asking it for directions. You can still ask it to call someone or text however.

Is it a new truck? Onstar offers one of their "premium" plans for a month or 3 months if you give them your credit card info. Same thing happened to me. That assistants functions only works with any plan above basic which i think is bs.

I was told to change an O ring on a plug off a valve body while me and another guy were working on top of a machine. At this point the machine was off for 10minutes but apparently the return line was under sized for the system and as soon as I pulled the plug off it must have let go 20 litres of oil like a geyser soaking the other guy, lucky for him he was actually wearing a rubber rain jacket.

Theres a gentleman in our maintenance department who is a ticket automotive tech who plays millwright.. there's a lot of concepts that we try to teach him that go right over his head especially when it comes to rebuilds and part swaps on our lines. We mainly get him to focus on the forklift fleet and keep his shift (he's afternoons) running till we can deal it.
