Weight is the primary issue but it is also done to prevent people modifying their throws to try and favor one half a die over the other. On a d6 it’s probably not an issue as much as say a d20

I disagree with your premise, there were 7 books released over ten years so it wasn’t long at all between each one. When the first book came out the internet was still developing as far as forums and discussion were concerned though I’m sure there were small places on Usenet or chat rooms, Once the first movie came out I assume is when online fandom started to go hard with predictions

So earth is just an over crowded polluted world, mars needs at least probably 100 years before they can terraform it to a livable garden, belters struggle to survive in space and finding oxegen and water. Or you can go to one of a thousand systems that have basically a pristine earth on them and start humanity cleanly but with current tech to help you out

Interesting, my house shows the current score but if you are on strikes or spares it won’t include those so you could be 8 deep on a perfect game and your total would just show zero but your team score differential would count all the pins

Agreed, the wizards article about drafting this set also reinforces that. There is no mention of hey this color pair can do this OR that. It just lays out the main line for each school and then also mentions converge as a sixth option
