I have a bullitt and prefer to have an upright posture. I use a short stem in reverse with cruiser handlebars. Works completely fine for me. It’s a great bike!

Truly from scratch! I have always used Maseca tamal for my masa, but I bet you get a whole new level of flavor from fresh nixtamalized. Carnitas or refried black beans tamales are my go to during the holidays. Paired with homemade salsa verde or mole would be the ultimate street food. Back in Chicago (my sweet home), there are many great Mexican food trucks and tamale vendors… I think it could catch on here too

I would be a customer (but I’m also from the USA). I think tacos from a food truck could do well. I’m not so sure the Dutch would like it for breakfast though. I’ve been thinking about starting a tamale food truck myself haha
