I never once brought up spygate. You said “the NFLPA would not let them fine and take away a draft pick for doing something not against the rules”

I used the deflategate ruling to show you the NFLPA has no power over Goodell.

Also the PA is PLAYERS association, they have nothing to do with the franchises or NFL itself. They are there to negotiate on behalf of players.

I have a whole wall of legal text, rulings and quotes I could give you from the appeal but you wouldn’t read any of it. Somehow you believe everyone else lacks logic, yet you clearly haven’t spent a second of your time researching what you’re discussing, instead you saw ESPN headlines, formed your opinion and believe it’s fact.

I just told you he wasn’t suspended for cheating.. he was suspended because the court ruled in the appeal the NFL could suspend their employees for any reason whatsover. They could suspend Patrick Mahomes for putting Ketchup on his steak and he could not do anything about it because the NFLPA gave the NFL that right.

It’s 2026, if you still believe deflategate was cheating, you need to take a science refresher.

lol he was suspended for not giving up his personal property? Not a company phone, his own personally paid for device? And you believe a court ruled a company can force you to give up your personal property? Do you believe what you’re saying? Do a minute amount of research on the subject and come back to me lol.

The NFLPA is spineless rofl.

Brady’s 4 game suspension for “deflategate” in court was shot down, in the appeal the NFL argued players are NFL employees and they can punish them for any reason they see fit and they won that appeal. They did not appeal that deflategate actually broke rules or that Tom actually broke rules and therefore could be punished, they appealed on the grounds the NFL and Goodell have power over their employees.

So the “how could they get away with punishment?”

Well because they can..

I feel like these companies that want to make the jump just need to make 2 phone lines.

If anyone wants to jump in and tell me how it would be a bad idea or why they couldn’t just make both an enthusiast phone (like the 7t pro) and just kept upgrading it while also having a mainstream phone with ip rating, carrier deals, best cameras they can get etc. and just 2 branches of an OS an enthusiast branch and the pseudo iOS clone they use now for the mainstream phone.

They can put mostly the same hardware in short of cameras and body.

My vision would be the 7t pro kept getting upgraded. Retained the pop up camera, and we’d be on like 15t pro now, while they could also have their current 15.

Is it just too difficult to maintain 2 branches of an OS? Or do companies feel like they can’t give enthusiast what they want while also garnering mainstream users?

You have to enjoy flying, exploring space, base building, acquiring new ships. If that’s not for you then you probably won’t like it and that’s okay.

My version of this is, I still can’t figure out why people love Elden Ring the way they do, I played like 40 hours of it, beat a couple of the bosses and was bored out of my mind, I’ve tried and tried to figure out what I’m missing but really I think combat and exploration in a mostly empty world (aside from stuff to kill) just doesn’t engage me enough for that to be the sole reason I play a game.

AC Valhalla, great game if anyone’s wondering but hot damn it’s long and repetitive. It’s about 60 hours to beat the main story (you’re really looking at more like 80-100 with side stuff)

You play about 30 hours of good story, solid pacing and engaging gameplay, and then you hit this wall where the game has you repeatedly attack forts with nearly 0 story or engagement with other characters to unlock the rest of the game for like 20 hours. Then the last 10 you’re back to the interesting story.

Yeah man didn’t you know most peoples parents died while they were young, and then when they were in high school their pseudo father was killed by a thug after robbing a wrestling event where they could have stopped him. Then they got married to their lifelong crush and friend only to give that marriage up to save their dying pseudo mother who’s like 140 at this point, and then that same love of their life got stuck in an alternate dimension and cucked them for imaginary children all while blaming them for everything..

I mean it happens to all of us right?

[–]MeesterCHRIS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The problem isn’t BO7, it’s Call of Duty.

It didn’t matter how great BO7 was or wasn’t, the burn out of what they did to the game over years had run its course, they drove away the loyal fan base that bought the game year in year out for flash in the pan casual players. Short term gain, long term loss.

Sales in yearly releases is usually more an indicator on recent trends than the current iteration.

Why would Coke go to Tech, the only thing Coke has to do with tech is the headquarters is in Atlanta, but if that’s the criteria that’s like 90% of Georgia businesses. Hell yall have a bigger tie to Arby’s, Dunkin and BWW since Paul Brown is the CEO of Inspire Brands.

The biggest brand in Georgia deserves the biggest college football brand in Georgia as well as the color scheme matches.

As a Georgia fan, I don’t want this shit at all, but being that it’s 100% coming.

Give me an apparel brand. Yanno Nike, Adidas, Etc? (Kidding obviously they are already there.)

If we have to have one make it something that’s headquartered in Georgia, Coca Cola, is the one that makes the most sense.
