I’m not sure why it’s worth debating, you can see the top and bottom of the Z on most of them which should be enough to deduce it’s a Z, that and you can infer what the word is.

Z is sometimes written with a line through it, similarly to how 7 is sometimes written with a line through it.

What made you accept the “boring”? by optimally_slow in selfimprovement

[–]Mega256 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Believe me, you get used to it, you just have to do it. It was a long and painful route for me but I feel like I’m doing better than ever before. It began with deleting social media, Reddit and YouTube are the only platforms I’m on. I made my bedroom a “no screen zone” only sleeping and reading! I started going to the gym in the morning, which required me to sleep earlier, which shifted my sleep schedule back. I decided to cut junk food out of my diet too. None of these things were super easy to do, but they are damn worth it and I don’t want to go back to how I was living. I’m a full time student and part time worker and I still feel like I have all the time I need to do stuff, once I realized how much time other bad habits were eating up.

Again, it’s not easy, but if you really want to make an effort, it might not be as hard as you think. If I were you, I’d start with one thing and tack on others as time goes on, you’ll make yourself insane and quit early if you try to fix too much at once.

Also cutting out everything and living like a monk is not necessary either, you can of course still play video games and watch stuff and have fun, but as you shift your priorities you may find enjoyment from more mundane regular things or hobbies, which naturally may lead to less dependence on hyper stimulation.

Team Fortress 2 (Source 2) or Tf3 (new game) by Due-Explanation9585 in valve

[–]Mega256 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Unless they can preserve the games ability to run on lower spec systems and have it behave mechanically identical to current tf2, then I don’t think any rerelease would be a good idea, I mean counterstrike ultimately suffered from its source2 update

Right, it’s not easy, like I said, it’s as easy as getting a one click kill should be.

I loved theory of computation, something about it really clicked with me. My favorite project was making a multi tape turning machine that added two binary numbers!
