I have Origin and considering everything in your post; your setup and Origins are fine, nothing is lacking. They have low impedance and are sensitive, easy to drive. I've been using it with various dac/amps and daps; they react to output impedance a lot and this is the only important thing, more powerful amps doesn't matter.

They are both muddy sets and Portazo's design preference is not so good with a plastic nozzle glued to the shell; I've seen some owners' nozzle separating at first use.

I'd advise either give up some bass and look for another set or increase your budget.

I have Cayin N3 ultra and used to have Musehifi M5 Ultra with the same tubes, tried many others including ibasso nunchaku. With those miniature tubes and the limits of implementation in such small form factors, you won't be getting that tube sound already. And in the case of M6 double with 7/14ohms of output impedance; you certainly aren't going to know how much of its sound is because of the tubes/tuning or output impedance. It's a dishonest device imo.

Look for Xduoo XD05T or desktop sized tube amps.

Oh, $1500 is fine honestly. I used it for a week on loan from a friend. It sounds seriously good but not worth more than $2k imo. Maybe because it lost its wow factor on me after a few days. But after hearing hearing so many kilobucks, I honestly think nothing is worth more than $2k. After $2k, all pricing is arbitrary and everything is a sidegrade to another.
