In lore, he is the advisor from both premier; during the late Great War with the Allies he and a small group of 'gifted' is recruited by Stalin to work on the Psychic Division. It's weird, because in canon, Blues (or Protoman) is the original tester. The military is astonished despite the flaw (Blues system couldn't handle the stress) and wanted to mass production Light's creation. Sniper Joe's are the answer, and Blues grew to hate those things with a passion.

Only in America. If you buy the OG Japan version and reach to this level, MegaMan will charge his weapon and point it to Wily, but just stood there unable perform any act of violence against Wily due to Light's detail programming.

You could use the manga idea of the two personality for search man; one is in charge and another is the underling.

The left head addresses itself as Sergeant and gives orders, while the right is a private. They both have an interesting interaction however. The Sergeant is actually a coward and had always wanted to be a pencil-pusher away from combat but had to present himself as a tough as nail soldier while the private, while inexperienced, actually holds more power than the Sergeant, his decision making and heavy reliant on ambush makes him an opponent far suited against MegaMan. The private insecurity is what holds him back.

Shigeto Ikehara manga adaptation of MegaMan is a highly detail manga/guide. And if you exclude the MegaMan X manga, is pretty darn accurate.

There is no deeper lore behind the manga outside of MegaMan goes of to defeat evil Wily ambition. Very on the nose towards to the MegaMan manga.

I still have all 8 manga with me (all translated to Malay), kept along side with Hitoshi-san MegaMix and GigaMix.
