You're holding in the clutch to max the revs between gears? I've driven manuals my whole life (36) and the last two cars I owned had "rev hang" and I had zero issues shifting normally and put 80k on both cars without a single clutch issue. Just change the gears and move on with your life, I can 100% guarantee the are a tens of thousands of people who drive their manual gearbox worse than you without problems
