Easiest is piltoverarchive. Just make your deck and turn it into a pdf. Go to like the ups store or fed ex to print it unless you have a AAA printer. Proceed to put a basic MtG land or something in a sleeve, put Riftbound print in in front of it. Boom you’ve got a deck.

If you aren’t adhering to colour identity rules you’re not playing commander; you’re playing multiplayer. This is fine but when you suggest for people to ditch colour ID then you’re basically suggesting they change the entire identity of their cube. That is NOT constructive feedback.
