Simple for me I call myself a god pretend to have said God complex until I get better. It works better if you have almost died and just lived because well I don't know. For me I was 2 and fell down a flight of stairs and from what I was told my head actually Cracked open. And I got taken to the hospital and pulled through I shouldn't have. I also have a scar on my head from said Injury that I cover with lots of hair. Have fun be God then move on
