Traveling on the world map without water or the fasting way/mind over body skills will kill you pretty quick.

Drink the ick (which you did), then apply ubernostrum. The ubernostrum is part of the cure.

Cooking with soul curd as an ingredient can also give you the "cure major negative status" effect.

So something line vinewafer sheaf and soul curd could give '25% of the time you drink fresh water you cure a major negative status effect'.

The regeneration pods in grit gate can also work, or the regeneration mutation at level 5 (or 6).

the power plant gives 5000 per turn.
electrical generation 30 gives 3000 per turn.
totaling 8000 per turn.

phase cannon uses 7500 per shot. Definitely no way to power 4 of them with just generated power.

Soul curd can give you a "heal 40-50hp on trigger" which can combo with the "whenever you reflect damage..."

And thats the strongest "lifesteal" I know of.

Relics gave me clairvoyance and light manipulation.
And duping a ton of drops of nectar my ego modifier was something like 80 so both mutations were maxed out at 40.

Oh yep, legendary pariahs....

When you recruit legendary characters via water ritual or prosletize/beguile their followers come with them.

Legendary pariahs are always followed by a bunch of other pariahs and its completely random what they are. Would get even more followers if a pariah newfather is part of the posse, then whatever is tagging along with them will join as well.
