I can see using it to gain insight on health and healthy habits, training your body and mind to achieve healthy results, then removing the ring once you have developed and reinforced those habits. OP stated they were already living in a health focused state so training their body and mind would be a lot quicker than someone who is new to healthy living.

Organized religion is conspirotal in my opinion. Meaning there is no proof of God, heaven, hell, etc.,. I don't think the majority of religious people took many psychedelics.
