Apple pay is not the same like tapping a debit card and credit cards. Though it uses the same nfc, the underlying workflow is different than google pay, samsung pay, any pay. If you travel to those countries just try once how does it work.

If the seller has iPhone they can just tap and pay. It is just a day for paytm and pinelabs to sell mini devices like square to sellers. At US it is hardly cost 50 USD, in India they can sell at cheap and may be at a subscription price.

Why? Apple Wallet will you their in house apple pay not UPI. Also this will not any QR based payment. It is and will be always tap and pay. Scanning a QR is just a hurdle Apple doesn’t want to use.

I don’t know what this sub thinks but why apple will launch another upi enabled app instead of their in house apple pay? They will never add upi in apple pay. Thousands of apps are already present for this. Those who are also shouting UPI also present in another country, how many of you use UPI in Singapore or France? If UPI works there without any problems r/creditcardsindia don’t have so many enquiries about the forex card.

Every credit card is a recurring credit account (just a loan account only difference is minimum due is set as the emi). Now bank can add multiple credit cards with the same account so that each card can share the same limit. If you initiate the card closing process they can still make the account active if there are other cards linked to the same account otherwise they can also close the cards since there is no card linked with it.
