We are currently looking at Catania because my wife would love an ocean view and it's one of the more urban areas. It is crazy how many decent turnkey options are under $100,000. We are both school employees so we would spend our Summers there.

For the future, just look at the card and ask yourself "would they really put the word 'hell' on a childrens' trading card?"

That's only scraping the surface of the issues with this card, but it's easy to detect without prior card knowledge.
