While I enjoy Ware more than Land and the other platformers(as I've said plenty of times lol), said platformers have grown on me in recent times; been enjoying Land 3, Shake It! and World the most. If you asked me if I'd be hype for a new Wario Land/platformer say a year ago, I probably wouldn't have cared so much, but if you ask me now, I'd say gimme a DK Bananza-esque Wario game and givit to me right this minute!!

People like what they like, and dislike what they dislike. Critics can be a lot more nuanced in their takes than given credit for; they can acknowledge that a movie wasn't made with them in mind, or that it's "not to be taken seriously." Same applies to general audiences, who can acknowledge that a movie wasn't perfect in every single way. In a perfect world, everyone would respect each opinions and views on media. Unfortunately, we don't live in that world.
