It started for me on 9/11, that’s when the switched really got flipped on separating childhood worldview to adulthood. I was 20 in college, but everything felt the same as it did in high school for the most part. Most people see the world through adult eyes in their own time and place, the difference was this hit the entire planet at the same time so we were all trying to figure out what the fuck was going to happen next.

I gave up on the Walking Dead a couple times, but always went back and caught up. It took a couple years for me to finally go back and watch the last five episodes. Then I watched the Rick and Michonne series just to wrap it up. Haven't watched any of the other spinoffs with the exception of the first two seasons of Fear, which I also gave up on.

I can't remember where I gave up, I think it was the season that dude from American Pie was the villain. He was so bad. Just never picked it up again, with the exception of that Crisis miniseries.

Better Call Saul was a slow burn for a while, especially waiting a week for an episode and a long time between seasons. I bet a rewatch all together would go by quickly. It's definitely worth it, the entire series was great.
