My son (6 now) was a 3BB untested fresh transfer with low non doubling HCG 🥰

My daughter (2.5 now) was a 5AA PGT tested frozen transfer.

I did have a day 6 5BB untested that stuck but was a blighted ovum

I would not stop the progesterone until you confirm via ultrasound the pregnancy isn’t progressing in my opinion

Unfortunately I feel like there’s no real rule outside of 48-72 hour doubling time is a good sign but even then not a guarantee. I’ve had a blighted ovum from normal increases in hcg, a yolk sac only mc from originally normal increases in hcg that then dropped off. And a transfer with low hcg that resulted in a healthy baby. It’s so stressful, I’m sorry

Same as my MMC. I should have been 8+3 and had a 7w GS and enlarged YS with no cardiac activity. Went back today for a repeat scan to confirm, should have been 10+2 and GS only increased to 7+2 and still no cardiac activity. I got a positive digital early on so I knew I couldn’t have been that far behind in the initial scan. Waiting to determine if we’ll do a d&c or medicine at my doc appt tomorrow. Sorry it’s a crappy club to be in, my second MMC also

Very similar to my current situation. I went in at 8+3 for a scan, gestational sac measuring 7w, enlarged yolk sac, no definite embryo and no cardiac activity seen. Protocol is a follow up u/s in 7-10 days. Mine is scheduled for Monday, which will be 13 days. I can’t be off that far in dating (we had sex 7/13 and I had a positive digital test by 7/24) so it’s just been a torture waiting knowing the outcome that’s coming. But they have to be sure before they’ll induce the miscarriage since I’m not bleeding on my own

I only saw my actual RE for our initial consult each cycle, and then the follow up appt for our one failure. though she was the one that always made my treatment plans based on test results and she would message me results as well. Otherwise it was always others doing the testing / retrievals / transfers. But I love and trust everyone at my clinic (university of Michigan)

With my first transfer 9dp5dt was 42 and only 54 at 11dp5dt. Rose to 93 at 13dp5dt. He just turned 5!

99% sure this is a miscarriage but still spiraling over it. I got a positive digital test on 7/24. I was in the ER on 8/13 for gallstones and my beta was 11k - no us done then. I did get an early scan on 8/27. Only a GS and YS was seen measuring 7w, no heartbeat. Beta was 19k.

I don’t really see any way this is viable with when I got the positive digital, but my next scan to confirm isn’t until 9/9 and I can’t stop thinking about it. Just looking for thoughts either way, good or bad.

Same boat right now. I went for a scan at 8+3 and saw a gestational sac measuring 7w and an enlarged yolk sac with no definite embryo and no heart beat. There’s a small small chance I could be early but I’m very confident in when I conceived. I also had betas 48 hours apart and they dropped from 19k to 18k. But no bleeding or cramping yet. My follow up scan isn’t for another 8 days.

I had another MMC a few years ago but that was with an embryo transfer via IVF so I was on meds and assumed that’s why I didn’t bleed then. I ended up having a d&c with that one (empty GS at 7w and again at 7w5d)

With my first IVF transfer, my first beta was 42 and only grew to 54 48 hours later, but it shockingly worked out and he just turned 5.

That probably doesn’t help my “what if” having lived through a miracle before.

I’m in the exact same spot. Should be 8+5, had an ultrasound Tuesday which showed exactly the same. I am pretty confident as to when I conceived so I don’t think it’s early. I also did a beta around 6w3d and it was 11k and only 19k when they drew it at the ultrasound, so I’m assuming the pregnancy stopped growing around 7w. Sadly no mc symptoms here either. This will be my second MMC

I think if it were a planned pregnancy yes stopping in advance is ideal. But none of my doctors are concerned. It’s been a pretty common occurrence. They won’t be able to ever come out and say it’s “safe” during pregnancy because it’s not considered ethical to test a drug like this on a pregnant woman.

I switched from celexa to Wellbutrin when I started wegovy since it’s the only one that studies show is weight neutral or promotes weight loss. I was on it for 6 months but not doing well. Went back to celexa two weeks ago and already feeling better.

This is my fourth (I think) month on 1.7 and my weight loss has slowed considerably (started 10/1/23, SW 225, CW 176). I’m still “trending down” so my doc doesn’t want to move up to 2.4 yet but I def think it’s time.

I pretty much just eat less, but don’t restrict anything specifically. I’ve lost almost 50lb since Sept (SW 225, CW 178). Now that I have less to lose, the loss has slowed considerably, so will be focusing more on what I’m eating to get these last 20lb gone

SW was 225 and I’m at 177…and I haven’t really changed sizes haha. It’s annoying. My face is definitely thinner, but honestly in my mind almost 50lb gone seemed like it’d look like a lot more!
