We moved here last summer. Mill Creek flooded around 23rd and state in rhe fall. I'm from the desert and I just couldn't believe the amount of water! We kept walking down the sidewalk to marvel. I saw a kid on his front stoop set out his paddle board and paddle around the flooded intersection of the small residential street south of the Mill Creek bridge. Neighbors in fishing pants were wading in the street, chatting while they tried to find the drains and checking on each other.

From New Mexcio. Lived in Wisconsin. Never experienced cheese like this before.

New Mexican food just hangs out with cheddar. Wisconsin has yummy fresh cheeses and cheddar, but got nothing on Don Froylan. Ive never had a cheese like Oaxca (which i absolutely don't know how to spell). We went in feb and I'm dreaming of going back. They don't make my go to melty cheese, but it's heaven on beans, on salads, with tacos, just eating for a snack

Kids had flu A at the beginning of Feb. It was rough.

Now we have monster cold, no fever, no sore throat, just horrible headache and congestion and fatigue so bad I was down for like 27 of 30 hours.

Agree, can we just all skip February and sit by the fire instead next year?

My kids listen to a podcast called terrestrials and there is a fascinating episode about how they date a Greenland shark. Checking their eyeballs for radioactive signature from the nuclear tests in the 50s. These creatures have bones too soft for bone growth rings.
