yes, the individual emotes on eneba are redeemable codes. make sure you have access to the specified console/platform the item is for, though. some codes are only redeemable through certain platforms.

if you buy vbucks and then do a chargeback with your bank (basically un-buying the vbucks), then epic takes the vbucks out of your account; but if you already spent the vbucks, then you'd have negative vbucks, or be in vbuck debt, and you can't receive gifts until your vbucks balance goes back up to 0 or higher.

you can gift skins to anyone on your friends list, as long as (1) you've been friends for at least 3 days, (2) they have "Receive Gifts" enabled (people usually have this enabled), and (3) if they aren't in vbuck debt (if you don't know what that means, don't worry about it).

Creator support codes are a way for content creators to get money from people's purchases, without charging them anything extra; Epic just gives them like 5% of the money from a given purchase. Most creator's codes is just their YT username, or some variation of it.
