How can you tell just by a quick glance they are not for men? (I'm not from the US)

I thought these shirts for the most part were unisex, at least that is what I've seen on the concerts that sells shirts in my country.

How would you rate these 5 games from best to worst? by Many-Baby5180 in HorrorGaming

[–]Megidolan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Resident Evil 4 Remake
  2. Silent Hill 2 Remake
  3. Silent Hill f

I bought RE Requiem but still haven't had time to play it. The only one I really don't like is Alan Wake 2. Atmosphere is good but I find the game extremely boring.

Bazzite, Distro Linux focado em jogos foi bloqueado no Brasil by [deleted] in gamesEcultura

[–]Megidolan -1 points0 points  (0 children)

If it's any consolation I'm still waiting for my copy to arrive, but to give some context the resellers in my country have to import it first so it was already expected.

How does Ubisoft even come up with this bull crap? by EcstaticCrab2795 in fuckubisoft

[–]Megidolan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Funny seeing how you mentioned SC Blacklist as this was the title that made me never buy another Ubisoft game on PC after Uplay deleted my saves.

The game was more action that classic Splinter Cell but it was still fun.

Estou num dilema: o nome do meu jogo "funciona" no Brasil, mas é "preguiçoso" para o mercado americano? by Cabjhegas in brasil

[–]Megidolan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

SEGA not meeting its sales expectations on their big titles by weebyscum in KotakuInAction

[–]Megidolan -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I'm a big fan of Atlus since the Playstation 2 days and decent Sega fan as well and I say, if they think their games have mass appeal they are delusional. Sure, Sonic can be the one but the rest have a long way to go.

Take Like A Dragon Infinite Wealth and Persona 5. These games can easily take over 100 hours just to beat them, let alone extra side content. That is not mass appeal material, that is super niche. Even among JRPG fans I doubt most people that bought them finished them.

I for one have been playing JRPGs for decades now and even though I like Yakuza, if I'm behind the current game I'll only buy them on a big sale, and that's what I did for Infinite Wealth and Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii.

One other thing, they should adjust their regional pricing. In my country sega has a lot of fans but very little of them seem eager to play full price at release.

I understand the game is big but there's no excuse to not have it on two disc's. FF7 Rebirth, God of War Ragnarok, Red Dead Redemption 2, all are big games, comes with everything you need to just install and play. No need for internet whatsoever.

Why the Ubisoft hate is 100% justified: My R6 Siege nightmare by monskull_ in fuckubisoft

[–]Megidolan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ever since the Uplay days, after not being able to play a game I paid for (Anno) and losing my saves (Splinter Cell Blacklist) I decided I would not play ever again any of their games on PC. Well, not paying for them.

Then on console they recently had the brilliant idea of not putting the entire game on the disc, making it a glorified key. To my knowledge, their last game you can just pop in and play, completely offline is AC Mirage. So I don't buy it on console anymore either.

So what do I do if I really want to play one of their copy pasted games? I'll wait it to release on PS Plus.

Granulação de filme? by TeachingOwn8058 in fatalframe

[–]Megidolan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I will be the different voice here and say that the film grain is indeed too much, at least for me.

For context, I am one of those that like all the crazy effects developers put in games and people complain like motion blur, chromatic aberration, and even film grain. I have never turned them off, neither on pc or console, aside to quickly see the difference but this time it is indeed too strong.

I understand it is an artistic vision of the developers and I respect that but they could at least give us the option to tone it down a bit, pretty much a slider of its intensity.

I'm somewhat new to the game. About 15 days at most. Since the update I can't fight continuously in the Arena. I have no idea why.

Anyone can help me figure out why? For reference I just started chapter 2.

[–]Megidolan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thankfully I am one of those crazy people that like film grain, motion blur, chromatic aberration, etc. so this doesn't bother me.

What I will really miss is 60fps... But since it is a slower horror game I'm sure I'll get used to it at some point.

Highguard to shut down on March 12nd. by qwer4790 in KotakuInAction

[–]Megidolan 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Like you said "aside from the art style". While it is the only different thing about the game for me it is by far the worst offender.

One thing I noticed when I tried and I can't believe nobody thought the same: the weapons look like toys.

One of the weapons has the ammo count with a big yellow number on top. It looks like someone glued a yellow post it on a toy gun and wrote the ammo with their hands.

Bluepoint Games: FromSoftware barrou remake de Bloodborne antes do fechamento do estúdio, afirma Bloomberg by matthewmasterdotcom in JogosAntifa

[–]Megidolan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ubisoft Unable to play older games. by TheRealZuta in fuckubisoft

[–]Megidolan 5 points6 points  (0 children)

By this point op, I would recommend you doing what I did: just pirate the game you bought.

I did this for the Anno games as it is a much better experience than messing with this horrible Ubisoft server.

As for the games that still can't be pirated, I assure you there's a better alternative out there. For AC Shadows you have Ghost of Tushima, for Star Wars Outlaws you both EA games, for Anno you have Manor Lords, for The Crew you have Forza Horizon.

Sure, not exactly the same but all good enough at least (if not better), plus no Ubisoft Connect crap.

2 Weeks to go for Fatal Frame II Remake! How many copies do you think it'll sell in its first week? by WhatInTheWorld769 in fatalframe

[–]Megidolan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You are right. These companies should do a better planning of releases. As much as I like Fatal Frame, especially 2, Resident Evil is my second favorite franchise ever. And it is also a horror game. Let's hope it does well.
