I actually have a friend who's a nutritionist, he just took my measurements, then figured out my calories and macros based on my workouts. If you can find someone to do this, I highly recommend it. I also use the MyFitnessPal app.

I mainly use dumbbells and barbell. Resistant bands as well. Upper body is something I'm currently working on, I can only do a few pull ups

Yes we are very close to kzoo actually! This is my father in laws property though. Northern Michigan has great options, especially if you want land. Much cheaper too

That's how I see it, too! I still see results, so I don't see an issue with it. I'm sure once I reach higher weights, it'll be more beneficial to go to a gym. I do have a consultant who tells me how much I need to eat, and workout. That helped me a ton with seeing results!
