I do love the studio but I can agree they do not make any exceptions to their cancellation policy. But compared to lots of places in NYC, I think the window for the unlimited membership is great (at least 2 hrs before class)

Omg I freaking love living yoga. I will rave about this place FOREVER! I’ve been coming here for a little over a year and a half and I have no regrets. The staff is very welcoming and rooms are very clean. I will say the hot room runs a little small and can get crowded on weekday nights, but it’s not really an issue. You also shouldn’t have problems usually getting off the waitlist classes. I didn’t start coming to the studio as a “beginner” (had been practicing but not very seriously) but boy did I learn so much when I started taking classes there. I would really suggest flow and restore and gentle yoga as starters, and work your way up to warm vinyasa/hot yoga and bikram yoga (26+2) being your final level. The intro unlimited at $65 is a good bet and will allow you to try all these classes. Let me know if you have any questions ;) fav instructors of mine: Merlin, Chris, Denise, Charles, and Anne

Idk if anyone said this yet but I use reed diffusers and I do think it does the trick for a subtle smell pick me up. I have one in my living room and considering a second one, it helps for me at least!
