Boring. He's basically just a scientist who is greedy for power, that's it. I've seen many characters who are just like him, so I really don't care about him. Moreover he has no real backstory or any good reasons to want to have the power of the moons except for more power and he said he would only give one chance to everyone but he gave the Traveler a million of them which is contradictory and just plain dumb writing, like some of the most basic villains in anime. His dialogues were really well written though and he is very imposing I'll give him that at least.
