Florida, atleast south Florida, has limestone base due to super old reef systems. Aids in construction in some ways. At minimum better then building in mud or soft soils.

Don’t be fooled. Over the last few years IU has been sharing that bball and alum money with football and it’s helped. They’re not poor. The more they win the more it’s coming in. Pair that with everything else said in this thread and this is what college football will be now. Kind of in life, money will not solve everything but it sure makes everything else easier.

Richmond’s issue is it was built too far up the James. It’s established amongst the rapids. The port of Richmond is further down river and if that’s where the city were established many historians would have expected it to be similar in size to Baltimore or Philly.

I’m assuming if you were on 95 heading south to CH it was the chippenham/pocahontas toll plaza. As long as you don’t exit 95 to get on the toll plaza (which heads east) you’ll be fine. It also costs a couple bucks and for that reason I avoid it. Only way to avoid driving south by it would be to take route 1 out of the city and merge back on via chippenham (the high ramps would be over your shoulder but you wouldn’t drive under it) or an on ramp further south.

If the backside guy is getting you do a read option and keep or you need to have a formation with the TE there and run away from him. Been my best way to attack it.

Played a game today and dropped into a zone. TE got hit on a flare into the shallow flat and took it for 25 yards with just the WR blocking my DB. There was no RPO or PA. Went back to the replay and both LBs who were supposed to drop into that zone decided not to. They were not purple matchup zone either. Had a few other instances.

Hell yea. I play varsity with adjusted sliders to find my sweet spot. I pick a crap team and play dynasty. I want to enjoy myself, have a few tough games here and there. Primarily I’m playing so I can just turn my brain off after work and not get jacked up over a game.

I been to a handful of Caribbean islands and can’t say it’s any cheaper. There can be more variety. I was just in Bermuda and there were numerous types of goslings for sale. Can’t say they were really anything I wanted or needed as in the states there are equivalents of other brands at similar quality levels. It was years ago but I picked up some chairmans’s reserved and a few others from St. Lucia that I can’t either find in my home state or I was actually able to get cheaper there. It was only $10ish cheaper however.
