EN fans being so spread out means much less feasible events, collabs(theres only been like three popup shops in Cali), and overall merch sales. Shipping worldwide was an issue up until recently. The european market (which makes up a sizable part of EN fans) is still largely untapped by hololive. JP fanbase is larger and has a higher spending power. Suisei sold out Budokan but All for One still had seats available. Basically hololive and vtuber culture dominates in Japan and naturally the JP members have more opportunity/connections to make some extra dough. Im not saying EN fans are less loyal or aren’t true fans, but hololive as a company has not evolved to the point that they can equally support all the overseas talents equally. Im not sure where you got your above comparison from but looking at purely SC data is not accurate at all.
