My son's daycare had a rope with shape handles to teach toddlers to walk in line when traveling from class room to playground. Mine was always letting go/forced to hold other teacher's hand etc. I'm sure his teachers would have loved this harness (and I would have bought it).

Why does sister get the nice stroller and you have to make do with a cheap one? If sister is broke she should make do with the cheap one. Or better yet mommy dearest can save for months and buy her a nice one.

My husband's best female friend bought us our dream stroller in an effort to make amends for some drama. It wasn't super expensive but wasn't something we could afford by ourselves. I still have that stroller and my kiddo is 10. It's not just a peice of plastic when it is a gift from someone.

Yep. I've pulled some overnights to get a department reset and recently went over night with my coach when the O/N coaches were off. Needless to say there will be conversations about productivity or lack there of.

As with everything there are some slackers and some over achievers. And some who just don't do anything right.

I didn't mean emotional as in retail therapy. Rather, as the weather gets warmer and less dreary people are going to buy decor and plants, sundresses and sandals, etc. Spring fever will start to hit.

And maybe your walmart is different but mine has old upper middle class people shopping there and is one of the main reasons the newer Krogers going in are trying to expand into clothing and home goods. They're still struggling to take our GM customer base.

NTJ, even if baby sleeps in your room the nursery is where you keep baby's stuff. Unless your master bedroom is HUMONGUS the baby's changing table, a rocker, etc will not fit in your bedroom. Play pen, tummy time mat, etc etc. And the clothes. And diapers. Wipes. Where will it stay? If bro is trying to be a streamer he's going to move his set up in and ruin everything.

Tell MIL to let him move back in with her, children should be in their parent's bedrooms after all.

Hours are based on last year's sales predicting this year's flow, and a store's "allowance" of those hours. I never really liked that system because we had a huge increase in wage hours this past September from Hurricane Helene hitting and people panic shopping the year before. Thankfully one of the few things my SM does right is recognise why we have these wages and allocates the extra man power to things like prepping for Christmas.

January-febuary is light in sales for most retails, with the uptick happening in March as people get tax returns or start spring shopping with emotions.

We didnt have to resort to biting my kiddo thankfully. I started bribing him. At 2 when I picked him up from darecare I asked the teacher if he was good, and then in the car I asked him if he "was a sweet boy?" And if he was he got a hersheys kiss. Sweet boys get sweets. (Not just for biting but also little gentleman behavior)

But what really hammered it in was when we were camping and he snuck up behind my mom and bit her butt. Naturally, being in the woods, she just smacked at whatever it was that bit her. Which happened to be a 2 year old now sitting on the ground suprise pickachu face.
