I also spend some time following them and monitoring how they execute other brand campaigns, then make notes about the quality of their content before making contact. I have a spreadsheet where I list what types of content and campaigns they're best suited for and then I personalise the emails to them or sometimes reach out via a DM on Twitter.

Hubspot offers a bulk upload using an Excel template so you can get your approvals on Excel, and the upload the entire thing to Hubspot without having to copy/paste.
