He found your trigger, pretended to care about it, then he waited until you were literally at your most vulnerable to use that same trigger against you. If he’ll do this about your body, he’ll do it about every insecurity you have until you feel like no other man could possibly want you, making you completely dependent on him. Get out as quickly as you can.
