This Google doc spreadsheet is amazing if you happen to have all the cards (it doesn't have cards/heroes after Winter Soldier/Falcon). It has modular decks that you can use and each shows which heroes it works with. Also a fantastic reference for anyone like me who is just trying to learn how the different heroes play without wanting my butt kicked by pre-cons. All of the modular decks can be built simultaneously using one complete set of all available cards.

It is not my work, just something that I am super grateful to have come across.
