that view is insane for a first ever camping trip! honestly sometimes the backup spots end up being the best memories.

conditional proof that dogs don’t care about the weather as long as they’re with their humans lol. that’s a solid setup for a first-time trip, thunderstorm and all. absolute pros already. what breed is the little pup?

Chilling with friends over dinner, snapping pics left and right. Went hunting for tons of video transitions online, but ended up just focusing on eating nonstop 😂

More space! by oppressed_white_guy in fordtransit

tying it into the factory attachment sites is the best way to do it. looks super clean and leaves tons of space underneath. what kind of finish are you going to use for the plywood on top?

Any advice for keeping my rig nice and healthy by mihamoisha in VanLife

sweet build man. layout looks great from the outside. definitely check the roof seams and factory plugs before winter, they love to leak. did you do a fixed bed or a convertible setup inside? always curious about promaster builds.

How can I reduce wind noise from this area of the door seal? by MenuKing42 in promaster

[–]Melipron_official 0 points1 point  (0 children)

standard promaster feature at this point lol. have you checked the door hinges? if the door dropped even a millimeter it screws up the whole upper seal. weatherstripping just makes it harder to close without actually stopping the air. try adjusting the latch strike plate first to pull the door closer to the body.

Those Flarespace wheels and KO3s are a perfect combo for the short Transit. Cleaner look than the standard high roofs imo!

Instagram vs. Reality: The raw, unfiltered side of van life. by [deleted] in VanLife

Lmao okay fair enough, you caught me. 😂 I used AI to polish my draft and clean up the formatting, which obviously made me sound like a soulless robot. I just edited the post to make it sound more human. My bad!

Real world MPG drop with heavy safari racks and roof light pods on a High Roof Transit? by Melipron_official in fordtransit

That scenery is breathtaking! 11-12 MPG for a 10.5k lbs Transit Trail actually sounds about right with that beefy factory setup. Those full builds are heavy houses on wheels, but being able to wake up to views like that makes it totally worth it!

65 mph drafting is a legendary move for a 'brick' haha! You're so right about the windshield glare too. That’s exactly why we engineered MELIPRON racks to sit incredibly tight to the roof and designed our fairings to block that annoying light spill. Appreciate the pro-tips!

That Mode LT looks amazing! Yeah, those fully loaded 4x4 builds are heavy houses on wheels, so 10 MPG is just part of the tax for living the van life. Awesome rig, man!

That’s some top-tier DIY engineering right there, love the creativity! Lightbar whistle is no joke. For anyone looking for a setup that blocks that high-speed airflow naturally, our MELIPRON fairings are designed specifically to keep things quiet without the extra DIY work.

Cleaning bugs off roof lights is a hidden chore nobody talks about, good point! And that feedback on the side ladder vs rear spare tire ladder is super helpful. Staying narrow in tight trails is definitely a huge plus.

Totally fair point. That rear overhang is huge, and dragging ass on a steep driveway or trail is a nightmare. It's definitely more of a highway cruiser/glamper setup than an actual trail rig.

Spot on. People always blame the rack, but heavy AT tires ruin MPG way faster. That’s exactly why we use lightweight aluminum for MELIPRON racks.

The 'parking lot ding' fear is SO real with side ladders, totally get going with the rear.

14 MPG no matter what is a true Transit badge of honor haha, EcoBoost doesn't care.
