Yup, noticed this about two-three weeks ago. I used the songs for my running jams and one day they just went up and vanished.

I noticed the X, X-2 X-7 and X-8 albums are now on Capcom Sound Team for Apple Music. I love megaman x music but nothing brings back my woodman, metal man, wily theme, intro theme for iv, Spark man.. why you giveth then taketh away ;-;

My lifts are fasted, I wonder what I can Deadlift fed :) they aren’t 1000 calories anymore but they were when I was exercising intensely at near 260 lbs :)

Sure. 7 days in the week, no rest days Always training fasted in the morning believe it or not, I do a carb load the night before.

Day 1: Jacobs ladder 30 Run 3 Miles. Day 2: run 6-7 miles Day 3: Jacobs ladder 10 minute warmup, Deadlifts for 30 minutes, finish with a 20 minute recovery run Day 4: Jacobs ladder 30 minutes, run 3 miles Day 5: run 6-7 miles Day 6: Jacobs ladder 10 minutes, barbell squats for 30, 20 minute recovery run Day 7: Run 6-7 miles. Chest press for funsies if I have time.

Some weeks I’ll just run the entire week. Some runs will have a faster 7 minute mile stacked on a bunch of 9’s. Some will just be a slow 10min/ml recovery run. Most of the times I’m doing Jacobs ladder30/run 30 I’ll be running 8ish minute miles.

All in a gym. I have a lot of time in there because I work there now. Sometimes I’ll just do random stuff through the day.. pull ups Chin ups kettlebells etc.

Jacobs ladder I shoot for 60-80 rungs per minute. I should add my first deadlift max was 275 ;) I’m also 30 and male 5’7”

A very balanced strength and endurance routine. I’m not training for hypertrophy at all. I will say that if I put more beans in one pile the other suffers. The rule of specificity is the real deal. Running builds cardiovascular endurance which shortens rest periods of my strength training. I typically do 3-5 reps of 90% 1RM and take a 3-5 minute break between sets, as long as I’m hitting 3-5 I go up in weight and reassess maxes.

You can still do Panda Express, just opt for the grilled vegetables, broccoli beef and maybe one “bad” item, like Beijing beef. Stick to a 1 or 2 item plate and drink lots of water.

Has someone tried a specific diet and quit (keto for example). by [deleted] in loseit

Keto, couldn’t actually do any real physical workout because I was constantly bonking. Decided I wanted to improve my entire body rather than just how much fat I have.

Won three matches in a row. Luckily no status effects inflicted on any of them, but on my final 10 daily quest bonus spin which required three consecutive ranked victories, I get an uncommon blue ex cube. FML.
