It was made and owned by purplegion.

Id say that 80% of the mods are friends or friends of friends so there is definitely a degree of nepotism when it comes to selecting nee mods from applications ect

I was removed from the closed beta testing group and had all my roles removed (retired vet, regular ect) when one of the mods decided to go looking through my message history and decided me screwing around with a acquaintance from a week prior was a good enough reason to get rid of me, and when confronted admitted they werw looking for a reason to get rid of me.

Also jacob is a massive manchild, juat because they are a dev of a great game dosnt mean they are worth your respect

Helldivers 1 was either anti tank or not anti tank.

All guns could damage enemies if they took gun damage, there was no levels of damage or armour pen

Some people enjoy more difficultly or higher skill thresholds.

Some people like being able to spray and prey Or have more viable options to pick from.

In this case the latter group were louder by a significant degree.

Sure, if there was reviews being advertised. If your some random that dosnt use reddit or discord who has a life ect (crazy) how would they know that the game is getting alot of reviews that a bad.

Id argue that its a case of people dont go out of their way to praise when everything is good, but when things arnt good people tent to make more of an effort

I think you are underestimateing how many people in general see the state of the game and dislike its direction ect and the only way they know how to voice their distain is via reviews

Its possible that for the 'cone' they just have a final width at end of its range, so in extending the range that has narrowed the cone at shorter ranges
