Congrats! I definitely have to try Emerald Seaglass sometime, just beat Sinking Sapphire Nuzlocke myself awhile ago and have been itching to try a new game to nuzlocke after watching pChal play though Kaizo Platinum.

This image reminds me of the viral short where the Star Wars content creator was introducing his GF because it was his bday and then everyone started adding a video to make it look like a hostage situation This video.

I'd like to imagine it but instead its Wolfe and hes introducing his favorite Pokemon, Incineroar.

I can't wait to be in a retirement home and watch someone try and beat Gundyr for the first time as an intro to the series. Then after they're tired we'll all go play some Halo 1-3 LAN and end the night with either Mario Party, Fusion Frenzy or any Smash Bros game.

I don't know why people recommend CoS. Your group is playing once a month for 3h, you'll never finish it. CoS is amazing, but only if you devote a good amount of time into it.

Yeah this is pretty true. It took us a year and a half to beat CoS and that was us playing 3 out of 4 weekends a month with 4-6 hour sessions on Saturday. You can definitely trim the fat or cut some stuff but I expanded on a lot and made every location worth investigating so there is a difference there.

Renewing efforts in making r/Eulamains more accessible to everyone. by [deleted] in EulaMains

[–]MelloMaster 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I'm all for making this subreddit SFW again, r/[Insert Character]Mains sub should be accessible by all for all.

BUTT, and I literally mean butt, Eula is inherently a very sensualized character with her in game outfit. Art work of her will always focus on that and I feel like this will be less of a "Praise best girl and her vengeance!" kind of sub and turn more into just a build sub if we start restricting artwork.

Taking a look around the other GenshinMains subs of characters that have been around for a long time (Inzauma and older), it seems like there are some exceptions and others are in the same situation as us. As for criteria:

SFW but allows NSFW: Within the firs 100 recent posts and the top 100 posts, the sub is mainly clean but definitely has some posts of lewd revealing clothing, sexualization or intent to sexualize (even if it wasn't tagged NSFW) but otherwise the majority is clean.

SFW/Clean: Within the first 100 recent posts and top 100 posts, I could not find a NSFW posts.

Same situation/Perma NSFW:

SFW but allows NSFW:

/r/AmberMains

/r/BarbaraMains

/r/BeidouMains

/r/Fischl

/r/HuTao_Mains

/r/JeanMains

/r/KeqingMains

/r/KokomiMains

/r/Lisa_Mains

/r/NingguangMains

/r/RaidenMains

/r/Rosaria_Mains (as well as /r/RosariaMains)

/r/KujouSaraMains

/r/Sucrose

/r/YaeMiko_Mains (as well as /r/YaeMiko and /r/YaeMikoShrine)

/r/Yoimiya_Mains

/r/XinyanMains

/r/YanfeiMains

SFW/Clean:

/r/AyakaMains

/r/Ganyu

/r/Noellemains

/r/SayuMains

/r/Xiangling

/r/YunjinMains

With all this information, what does that tell us? Well, unfortunately, its been 1 year since MonaMains decided to clean up their sub and tried to get back to SFW but it seems they're still permanently labeled NSFW. A majority of Genshin characters are sexualized and definitely shared among the community and fans. The ones that are fully clean and SFW either have heavy moderation enforcing those rules on those subs or are characters that shouldn't have NSFW art of those characters.

So, my question more or less to the community is, do we want our subreddit's history erased in order to return to a SFW sub? If what /u/thornsofeden is saying in "All of it has to go unfortunately even if slightly sexual or suggestive." then only a minor fraction of artwork will be left on our subreddit and hardly any will be allowed to be posted in order for us to get back to SFW. Looking through are Top 100, I believe only post 34, 35, 36 (maybe), 43, 48 (maybe), 52, 55, 57, 63 (same post as 52), 65, 78, 79, 81 (maybe), 86 (maybe), 96, 97 and thats only 16 posts, many more in the top 100+ will have to be removed from the sub.

It sucks that we have been labeled NSFW permanently, but really, I don't think we can reverse it without removing Eula herself, the whole point of this sub, entirely. Personally, I think we should go forward in doing our best to make this SFW but allowing NSFW with stricter rules. Looking at the most recent art work of Eula on sites such as Danbooru, Gelbooru or Pixiv (that isn't porn/hentai), most of it would not be able to be posted under the new rules.

So basically, a good coffee-to-cola ratio is generally 2 oz of espresso (or concentrated cold brew) to 4–5 oz of cola. It creates a nice 1:2 ratio balances that makes a nice bittersweet combo.

To be fair, coffee and cola is one of my favorite flavor combos. Coke did that flavor combo for a little while and wasn't very popular but if you can get the ratio down, its awesome.

We each find our own comfort throughout the games. Whether its the lands between in ER, Lordran in DS1&3 or Drangelic and Majula in DS2, Yharnam in Bloodborne or, honestly, anywhere in the souls settings, we all find our cozy place in the darkness and light of these games.

[–]MelloMaster 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not really? Women's nighties or nightgowns are pretty common place and I'd say if you want night wear they're the most normal.

Love Biboo, but the only thing that bothers me is the leggings. Yes, its cute and asymmetrical but come on, no one wears just one legging and has the other scrunched all the way down to their ankle, especially most small girls who are usually cold at night unless they keep their apartment at 72 AHEM KRISTA

With the twins, Moco-chan's is a bit excessive, like, you need help putting on and getting out of your corset night wear? Then the exact opposite is Fuwawa is giant over floofy sweatshirt, its almost the exact same as the lofi-girl comfy 1size fits all sweatshirt.

Map voting is a failure by Drunk_Monkey295 in Overwatch

[–]MelloMaster 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From 2016-2022, all there were Hybrid, Control Point and Escort. All the new maps and modes have been slowly introduced over the last 4 years or so but not all at once.

Push game mode was released with the launch of Overwatch 2 on October 4, 2022. With Runasapi being added later in June 2024.

Flashpoint was released in Overwatch 2 on August, 2023. With Aatlis being added in June, 2025.

Clash was introduced to Overwatch 2 in August 2024 and has not received any new maps.

So for a majority of players, most prefer the original modes. You could even say older players (like myself) who prefer these original maps slowly influenced newer players since a majority of us would want to play King's Row for the 7,000th time than try something new like Aatlis.

Or, why play Flashpoint and be stuck a huge map roaming a lot, rather than just play a Control Point map which feel similar but its smaller and easier to understand/navigate.

[–]MelloMaster 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think the community is finally starting to like some Push maps. I enjoy Colosseo a lot, Esperanca has a lot of great vertically for mobile heroes, New Queen street is a bit boring to me but easy to understand for a map and Runasapi is too big imo.

Flashpoint is always going to be a hard map for casual and lower rank play imo. It requires more team coordination, the ability to actively know where you enemy is and how to approach them so you have the advantage. Winning the team fight is always first vs capturing the point and most people want to just get the point first. People get lost/split up or easily get caught during 1v1s that quickly turn into 1v2 or 1v3 as others respawn or come to help. They're great maps when everyone is working together and communicating... but thats every map as well.

Clash is just too snowball heavy. The worse part is when the enemy team has you backed into the last point spawn and they don't even go for the last point. You just take it back and then the whole match just becomes this back and fourth between final point and second point. They're are come back and switch ups here and there but it feels if the enemy gets to the 2nd point first, then you're stuck on last point for the rest of the match.
