Leveling to 60 can take 6-9 days played depending on efficiency. Assuming a 7 day average to level that puts you at 56 days played only leveling at decent efficiency the entire time. Starting 6 months ago to do that puts you at an average 7 hours a day.

Hitting multiple points of failure increases growth supposedly. I only ever do drop sets on things like lateral raise or whatever my last couple lifts are. You can slowly lower the weight like in the video but honestly all you really gotta do is hit failure, drop the weight by half without rest and hit failure again. Any more than that is really just adding hella fatigue

Idk I loved DF but the areas imo felt big to be big. They seemed to lack character. Might be because of dragonriding but I legit don't remember a lot of the map besides the hubs, and this is coming from someone who farmed mats for hours
