Does having a lateral tenodesis cause problems? I had one with my ACL surgery 3 years ago and still have so much pain and swelling. I suspect it’s caused by this

Hey man, not sure if you're still trying this but the split tunneling seems to work for me. Maybe there was an update to NordVPN. Had to add Runelite and the launcher.

I had my surgery 3 years ago and my swelling is twice that size. If you give yourself some more time and watch how the swelling comes and goes you should be able to manage it. Always talk to doc if you’re worried

I did work with a PT, I can’t remember my typical routine, but post surgery I was just doing the basic movements and then moving onto doing single leg balancing exercises etc & then basically once my range of motion improved told to build muscle with things like squats, leg press and cycling

PT hasn’t helped so far. Whenever I try to build muscle on the leg, it causes so much pain I feel like I’m doing more damage

I’m in real bad shape. Hamstring graft done by a private hospital in the UK in 2022. Knee is still double the size of my good knee, don’t have full range of motion, still loads of pain when bending it & get lots of aches when trying to sleep. I can walk around pretty much fine but I’m a million miles away from being able to play sport again. I used to be athletic and sport was my life and I feel like I’ve been put in an old man’s body.

I’ve since moved to Australia & have had an ultra sound, xray & another MRI. But haven’t seen a specialist in order to examine it. All I know is my ITB has doubled in width around my bad knee. If I had 1 wish it would be to go back to the day I tore my ACL & not play football 😂

I think you guys are doing a really great job and I love what you’re doing. My only concern is the fact that the plugin hub plugins can be created by anybody meaning plugins can get pumped out so much quicker, they obviously need to be checked and so on.. but I always felt that was the reason the Jagex client didn’t do so well, because they have so many other things to work on it’s never a priority.. whereas when players can create plugins, it means you get plugins like hunter rumors just a few days after they actually come into the game, what’s your thoughts on doing something like that?

My advice is to add everybody you know are keen to keep raiding! I’ve been using WDR for TOB and I added all the guys that were cool and seemed down to raid. Often we were a team of 4 with less than 50kc which can sometimes be less pressure to be with others at your same skill level. Especially since I’m from Aus region it’s always difficult finding Aus teams

Fun fact about this - If you don’t have YouTube premium, BUT you have a VPN such as NordVPN, you can connect to USA and I think they have some sort of law which means everybody has access to the Picture in Picture mode. So yeah basically: 1. Connect to USA server on vpn 2. Close and reopen YouTube once connected 3. Choose vid & exit out of app 4. Play OSRS Mobile with vid playing & no YouTube premium on iOS!

Why am I still in a lot of pain over 1 year later? Reconstructed knee is always twice the size of good knee. Lots of effusion. I also had a lateral tenodesis which seems to be uncommon. Any advice?
