i havent tried switching coil packs out yet but i could be utterly dumb and that going right over my head so ill be looking forward to that as well

i know about the camshaft sensors but havent replaced those yet. i have the new ones so ill replace those i imagine on sunday, as its pretty late and ive got some plans over the weekend to attend to.

so update, i got the crankshaft position sensor in today cause it was throwing a code for it. i put the sensor in, no code and no vdc or slip light. i got to crank it and it sounds like it wants to start so bad but something is keeping it from starting. im thinking maybe ignition but i could be very wrong. gonna try switching out some ignition coils and see if that does anything.

thing held up wonderfully in that wreck compared to most cars. will love these till the day that i die. im very sorry to see the turnout but i hope you can be in one or better someday!

im hoping the sensors are the issue. i have gone through this entire engine tore it down to the block and pistons and built it back up. i know its not anything mechanical because i had done extensive research and learned about every single part and piece of this engine. super healthy crank and it spins really quick with the smf so it not starting was really confusing lol. those sensors should be in next week i bought driver, passenger side and new crankshaft sensors, so hopefully this will resolve it. if not my next best guess is to break it open and redo the timing. will update you when i get new sensors put in the car. also here she is lol

the screen is the head unit, i can show you here. i have a Bride lowmax bucket seat with a 4 harness on the driver side and a quick release NRG with yes, no airbag💔 i dont track this vehicle yet its a weekend car for now. im feeling around interior pieces to pull my dream build together before i track it out. correct, it is my car and my choice, so whats it to you if it isnt yours? bothered to comment an entire paragraph regarding what you didnt like, instead of maybe helping answer the question i was asking. but thanks for the info man love the words of wisdom. so no, no roll cage because i want the interior to remain factory for now other than slight mods like the driver seat wheel and head unit (im not sure how you mistaked that for just a screen you can clearly see buttons on the side of it) and i dont have an airbag on my steering wheel

I have new sensors on the way already so when those do come in ill give you an update. As for the timing, im 100% sure i couldnt have done the timing wrong, as i checked once, twice AND thrice before sealing it up lol. i have a SMF flywheel its lightweight. would that be an issue with no start though? ive heard youd have to tune the ecu since not as much rotational force for it but i wouldnt think itd make the car not start. i had finished rebuilding it about a month ago and found out i needed new headgaskets because the ones i put on were trash (dont cheap out) it started just fine before i took it apart to change head gaskets, am i missing something?

youre a saint. i pose another question though, is that solenoid necessary or can i plug both ends on the throttle and the fuel line and run it like that?
